As a certified chef and masterful pastry specialist, Tomer’s passion for flavor has flourished into two thriving restaurants and a celebrated catering business serving corporate gatherings and private celebrations alike.
But Tomer’s love for food extends far beyond the kitchen. As assistant professor and executive pastry chef at a local college, he’s shaping the next generation of culinary talent, sharing his craft with aspiring chefs - and inspiring them to dream beyond the recipe. Whether he’s leading hands-on baking and cooking classes for the community or staging interactive culinary experiences for companies, Tomer’s teaching is infused with the same creativity and care that define his pastries.

Where others see obstacles, Gideon finds solutions, drawing on years of hands-on experience - from managing renowned restaurants to building a highly successful limo and transport company from the ground up. His expertise in operations, his attention to the smallest detail, and his ability to orchestrate seamless service make him a genius at finding the most efficient - and inventive - ways to turn plans into reality.
Gideon’s deep knowledge of the food industry, paired with his strategic mind for logistics, ensures that every event is unique, memorable, and flawlessly executed. He’s the quiet force behind the scenes, making sure every piece falls into place - so guests experience nothing but magic.

His professional path began in the world of high-end tourism, where he orchestrated tailor-made travel adventures for discerning clients seeking the extraordinary. From curating seamless itineraries and securing unique accommodations to organizing exclusive events and special commemorations for organizations, families, and fundraising missions, Doron’s flair lay in elevating the ordinary into the truly remarkable.
Transitioning from tourism to the corporate arena, Doron led the training division of a Fortune 500 financial services company, where his expertise shone in planning and executing everything from intimate workshops of twenty to grand, multi-day conferences for eight hundred or more. Always, his focus went beyond content: he believed each gathering should be as singular and magnetic as the clients in attendance. This dedication to distinctiveness, paired with the wisdom gleaned from roles in IT and healthcare, has cemented Doron’s reputation for delivering events that are not only flawlessly run but deeply personal.
At Dates & Thymes, Doron’s relationship-driven approach brings marketing to bold, uncharted territory.
